staff wanted

What others say: This is a great place to work, with great personal development opportunities. However, the training that you receive could really carry you forward wherever your future career takes you.

Don’t take our word for it, have a look at what these past employees said about their time with us, on Instagram, and Indeed reviews:

“The years have been flying past and I had such a brilliant time working for two of the best bosses out there, always supportive and they have taught me so much. So see the pasty shop growing, all the work Nese & Ian have been putting in over the years is great to see and knowing I hopefully have played a little part in it.

It will be a very exciting time for the new staff members to now leave their marks within the business and grow. It’s a brilliant opportunity to work here and I’m looking forward to seeing all the new developments coming with the shop in the future. I also have to come back for my weekly pasty cravings. Let’s be honest we all need a bit of cake & pasty in our lifes  ”

“The pay was better than similar jobs, but my pride in being part of an exceptional, and ethical company was an even greater reward.”

“The owners passion is contagious, we all felt a real part of the business, and a part of the family. Cornish pasty Shop is a small company, but they are far away the best in their field. They are a proud, ethical family business, officially the best pasty shop in the country, selling the best coffee in the North Laine. From day one I was made to feel a part of their family, included in decisions, and made to feel important. We also had a great laugh, free food, and North Laine Traders discount.”

“Best collegues ever, fun place to be at

It was and will be me favourite workplace ever, the owners are very fair and nice but they expect you to work in return as hard as they do. There is always some nice atmosphere around there”
